When two versions of the same promotional material remain live
An anonymized pharmaceutical company published promotional material for one of its products. Monitoring found more than one live version.
The observation
- Two documents carried the same material identifier.
- The live versions differed from each other.
- Both remained accessible at the same time.
- Internal approval tools may not necessarily show what remains accessible externally.
How the finding is framed
This is a potential material-version review candidate. No regulatory breach is claimed and none is determined by monitoring.
The value for an MLR or compliance team is knowing that an external surface no longer matches the current approved state, with the sources and observation dates attached.
Research Example
This research example is based on information available at the time of analysis and is presented to illustrate a Lensforce use case. The organization referenced is anonymized and is not presented as a Lensforce customer.
