Distribution Whitespots
Finding a data center project is easy. Knowing which one matters is harder.
An anonymized cooling and infrastructure supplier had no shortage of project lists. It had a shortage of projects worth a sales conversation.
Why lists are not intelligence
Announcement feeds and project databases are widely available. Every competitor sees roughly the same entries at roughly the same time.
The commercial question is narrower: which of these projects match the criteria that make a conversation worth having now.
Useful filtering criteria
- Project scale
- Timeline and current development stage
- Technical infrastructure indicated in available signals
- Cooling requirements relevant to the supplier's range
- Regulatory signals affecting the site or region
- Procurement relevance based on what is actually detectable
A note on intent
Procurement intent is only reported when it is actually actually detected. A project that matches the technical criteria is a potential opportunity that still requires qualification.
Research Example
This research example is based on information available at the time of analysis and is presented to illustrate a Lensforce use case. The organization referenced is anonymized and is not presented as a Lensforce customer.
